Story: At the end of the 19th century, a family is stationed with their father, a high-ranking military officer, in a remote area far from Moscow. After a decade, their father dies, and the fall of the Leisure Class begins amidst drastic changes in an era where economic power is more dominant than status. The three sisters, who have lost their father, have no choice but to stay where they are and try to adapt to the changing times. But reality messes around with them, and their unrealisable dream to return to Moscow remains unfulfilled, only growing stronger by the day.
