Access to the Venue
A Free Shuttle Bus Service Is Available.
A free shuttle bus service will be provided from JR Tottori Station and Hamamura Station to BIRD Theatre on the days of the Theatre Festival programme.
*Please make a reservation in advance so that we can keep track of the number of people using the bus.
Travel by Train(JR)
The nearest station is "Hamamura".
*On the day of the programmes during the festival, free shuttle buses are available to anyone from both the Tottori station and the Hamamura station. Please book a bus if you need to be picked up at the station since we would like to know the number of people using this service in advance.
How to Get to the Hamamura Station
- From Tottori Station, 30 minutes by San-in main line bound for Yonago
- From Kurayoshi Station, 25 minutes by San-in mailn line bound for Tottori
- From Yonago Station, one hour 40 minutes by San-in main line bound for Tottori
From the Hamamura Station
- 15 minutes by car
Travel by Car
Information signs will be displayed near the venue during the festival.
- From Hamamura-Shikano Onsen Interchange/Mizuho-Hogi Interchange of Sanin expressway: About 10 minutes
- From the centre of Tottori city: About 30 minutes
- From the centre of Kurayoshi city: About 40 minutes
- From the centre of Yonago city: About an hour 20 minutes
Parking
Please do not park your car in the schoolyard of the former Shikano elementary school inside the Bird Theatre.
You can park your car at the Shikano-cho general branch office car park and the Yagenhori car park which locates behind the Shikano Gakuen Osyajo school building.
It takes five to ten minutes by walk from each car park to the venue. Please enjoy a walk, feeling the air of Shikano.
