Omar Porras, 'Conjurer of the Stage', performs a story based on half his life in this strange one-man play, a mixture of autobiography and fiction. Born in South America and dreaming of Europe, a boy travels alone to France, where he spends his days earning a pittance from puppet plays. Various encounters and theatre help guide him. He recounts his eventful life poetically and humorously.
From the story of a man was born, a tale, perhaps philosophical, where there are no borders, where you pole-vault over the ocean, where the we talk to the moon, where visions are born.
Ma Colombine is a crossing of Alice's mirror, where the artist has the name of his native ancestors and his dreams, at the heart of metamorphoses.
Child, man, woman, seductive or shy, undulating body or attentive, all are the states of the body and the voice that Omar Porras goes through with a rhythmic brilliance of a thousand and one reflections that make Ma Colombine a manifest for the total art of the actor.

In an intimate atmosphere, the audience discovers through this poetical solo a piece for these countries that sleep in me; these countries that have become universes, changing like a river, that live and express themselves in me like the burning body of a flame.
On stage, this flame will ignite a magic of images, a library of sound metaphors; a body in dance, in trance, occupying the space, becoming a landscape; the spine of my ancestors, my present and my future.
